Poor use of online sign in! Don’t send estimates out if they aren’t going to be close to the estimated time. Then all the stylists tell you it is just an “estimated time”. When clients see that they receive a text that tells them 10 mins, you would reasonably think it would be 10-20 minutes, not an hour! Quit asking everyone to sign in online if it isn’t going to work.

We arrived at 5:30 and chose 2 different stylist who both refused to take the cut because they said they were closing at 6. No one seemed as though they wanted to help us. They asked us to come back tomorrow. So we left. Terrible customer service.

My son Luis have a wonderful time here with the massage and he really like his experience. I just forgot the name of that nice lady that did his hair :)
